If you missed the hype this week, Mortal Kombat 1 was announced, and it's probably not what you initially thought. Instead of the usual remakes or re-masters, this is a whole new game taking things back to the Mortal Kombat roots as the MK universe is reborn and reimagined under the control of Fire God, Liu Kang. You can expect to see some iconic characters from the universe as they've never been seen before, and you can bet we are excited!
The game will launch on September 19th, 2023, on Xbox Series X|S, PS5, Nintendo Switch and PC. Check out the trailer below.
