McPixel 3 Mini Reveiw

Mcpixel 3 appeared on Xbox Gamepass this week. It looked odd, a little quirky and a whole lot pixely, so we had to give it a go. This game will make you laugh, scratch your head, and sometimes rage quit in complete confusion. It's the sequel to the cult classic McPixel, a point and click adventure game where you have to save the day from various disasters using whatever objects you can find. The game is full of absurd humour, pixel art, and references to pop culture and other games.

The game has 100 levels, each with a different scenario and a 20 second timer in which you have to interact with the environment and the characters to find the solution, often illogical and hilarious. For example, you might have to stop a bomb from exploding by throwing it into a volcano or prevent a plane from crashing by kicking the pilot out of the cockpit. The game also features over 20 minigames that parody different genres, such as racing, shooting, fighting, and platforming.

The game isn't overly challenging, but it is very entertaining and very replayable. You can try to find all the possible outcomes for each level, which will reward you with coins that you can use to unlock new levels and costumes. You can also explore the city of McBurg, where you can meet characters and items from the levels you have played. The game also has a Devolver vault full of gold that you can try to access if you are feeling adventurous.

Mcpixel 3 is a game that will appeal to anyone who enjoys quirky humour, retro graphics, and fast-paced gameplay.

It is available now on Xbox Game Pass.
